    A note from us - Our sourdough mozzarella pizza is an absolute classic! Everything you expect from a traditional Margherita-style pizza but make it gluten-free. Sourdough crust with its slight tanginess, unique depth of flavor and a pleasant chewy texture, topped with rich tomato sauce, generous layer of melted mozzarella and fresh basil. Garnish it with a drizzle of olive oil (we use amazing HonestOil), a sprinkle of sea salt and some freshly cracked black pepper.

    A note from us - Our vegan sourdough roasted veggie pizza is a vibrant and flavourful variation on a well-loved classic. Fermented dough used for the crust boasts a slight tanginess, deep flavour and a unique texture, crisp on the outside with tender and chewy interior. Rich and savoury tomato sauce, a colourful array of roasted sweet and slightly charred bell peppers, briny black olives, garnished with fragrant home-made parsley pesto. An excellent, not overly sweet treat, with a perfectly chewy texture and unique taste. Made from 100% sourdough fermented for 23 hours, rich in fiber and probiotics.

    A note from us — This dark rich bread, full of texture and loaded with flavour is inspired by the Scandinavian ''Rugbrød'' - translated into english as ''Rye Bread'' or German as ''Roggenbrot''. It is a naturally denser bread and a healthier alternative to the classic white bread. Our gluten-free version replaces the Rye with gf oat, buckwheat and tapioca.
