A note from us — Kamelle has a crunchy crust and a soft, chewy texture on the inside. It is made out of 100% Sourdough, sprouted seeds, and a mixture of different gluten free flours. Proudly oat-free, fermented for 21 hours, rich in fiber and probiotics. A mild taste that goes well with salty spreads, as well as jams or nut butters.
