A note from us — This dark rich bread, full of texture and loaded with flavour is inspired by the Scandinavian ''Rugbrød'' - translated into english as ''Rye Bread'' or German as ''Roggenbrot''. It is a naturally denser bread and a healthier alternative to the classic white bread. Our gluten-free version replaces the Rye with gf oat, buckwheat and tapioca. We also make it with 100% sourdough, allowing for good gut bacteria and easy digestion. Combines well with savoury spreads or cheese.
